“Capital Asset Management” CJSC was established in 2005 to be engaged in securities business.

In 27 June 2008 the Company was re-registered by the Central Bank of Armenia and license # ՆԸ 6 was conferred to the Company.

Specializing in the securities market the Company offers the following services to its clients:

• asset and portfolio management,
• underwriting,
• brokerage and dealing operations,
• corporate finance,
• corporate governance,
• investment advisory services,
• custodian and register keeping services,
• research and analysis.

The mission of “Capital Asset Management” is to “Create Value” in the financial sector and to manage it.

“Manage by Knowledge” is the slogan of the Company.

The vision of the Company is to increase the prosperity of its clients and beneficiaries. This approach is also appropriate with one of the key principles of the Company: assumption of fiduciary duty toward its customers, which comprises duty of care and duty of loyalty. The Company aspires to build trust and favourable environment for mutually beneficial cooperation.

In 2009 the Company has allocated AMD 1.9 billion corporate bonds, thus winning 21,9% of market share of issued corporate bonds.

In 2009 the value of assets under management of the Company comprised AMD 798 mln .

During 2009 the Company concluded about AMD 5,1 billion brokerage and concessional transactions.

During 2009 the Company made register keeping of securities’ shareholders of 101 companies.

As of March 31st, 2010 the number of Company’s employees made 11.
