GENERAL INFORMATION

“Valletta” LLC was established in 2003 and is the legal successor of “Mijnavan” LLC, founded in early 1990s.

The Company is involved in differentiated activity in the spheres of production, import, trade and service, as well as public catering.

Since 1996, “Valletta” has been producing coffee under “Premier” trademark, and starting from 1997 – “Biella” meat foods. It is also involved in tea packing. The company owns “Master-Foods” foodstuffs distribution center, “SFC Express” fast food (the first practice of franchise in Armenia), “Plener” bar-restaurant, a network of “Comfort” shops and “Star” supermarkets, the establishment of which has been in process of realization since 2006 jointly with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Besides, “Valletta” LLC deals with import and sales of household appliances of “Ariston” and “Ardo” trademarks.

The Central Bank of Armenia assigned the company “B” rating.
